FastTrac with Almir Business

FastTrac is one of the leading programmes in the world designed to help Entrepreneurs create and develop their business. Whether you are someone with a Start Up idea or someone with an existing enterprise and want to develop it to the next level, there is a FastTrac for you.

Almir Business is exclusively licensed for Ireland by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation to offer these programmes in Ireland. These programmes, have been run throughout the U.S and elsewhere by the Kaufmann Foundation - the world's largest foundation devoted to entrepreneurship - since 1993.

There are two programmes available, each lasting about 30 hours

GrowthVenture is designed for existing businesses looking for proven strategies and processes to develop the company

NewVenture is for people with an idea for a start up, and need develop a plan and a framework for successful launch

The programmes are run through a series of workshops facilitated by our trained professionals, and supported by a comprehensive programme book to guide you through the concept analysis and business planning process.

Plus a toolkit including:

• templates, checklists, activities, plans and glossary
• A Business plan template developed in Word including plans, action steps and milestone recording
• Excel based financial planning template that will streamline financial planning projections
• There's also supplementary material localised for the Irish environment, business practices / structures and with relevant Irish references.
• Dedicated Irish “FastTrac.ie” website which includes
  • Resource toolkits including business planning templates, action steps, activities, video/audio clips, and more info resources
  • Student forum moderated by the course tutor
  • Students will be able to continue using the website and its resources after they have completed the course.
