There are three different types of users in AlmirLive – Quality, Manger and User.

Quality

Quality users have full access to the system and will see all modules being used upon login. They have access to the following:

  1. Documentation: Add new documents, draft or approved, initiate a change request, accept or reject a change request as document owner, assign an author, create a draft, approve or reject a draft, approve as document owner, release a document.
  2. CIP Module – Raise a new CIP. Approve and assign a CIP, or determine no further action is required. Work on a CIP through its various stages. Verify a CIP has been completed and close a CIP.

Manager

Managers have a high level of access to the system and will see all modules upon log-in. They have access to the following:

  1. Documentation –Add draft documents, initiate a change request, accept or reject a change request as document owner, assign an author, create a draft, approve or reject a draft, approve as document owner, release a document.
  2. CIP Module – Raise a new CIP. Approve and assign a CIP, or determine no further action is required. Work on a CIP through its various stages. Verify a CIP has been completed and close a CIP.

User

Users have limited rights to the system. Depending on assigned tasks, such as being a document author the rights will vary. Standard access includes:

  1. Documentation – Request a new document, Initiate a change request, and create a draft document.
  2. CIP Module – Raise a new CIP. Work on a CIP through its various stages. Verify a CIP has been completed.
    (List rights per module).
