Audit Management

Almir Live allows you to integrate multiple data sources into a single software suite for all your audit management and compliance needs.

The Audit dashboard is used to schedule, plan and report on both internal and external audits. Audit reports can also be directly linked to Continuous Improvement Actions identified during audits.

This means that assigned users, managers, and auditors can quickly view and navigate the progress and completion of audits across your company. Managers can create, manage, and track all aspects of audits with ease and the dashboard is designed to facilitate regular audits by making them faster, easier, and more effective. The Audit module is only visible to users with ‘quality’ level access rights.
The summary view allows you to obtain an instant operational awareness of audit-related activities. You can then drill-down to view audits by status, description, requirements, type, scope, date and by who has been assigned responsibility for the audit. The filter and one-touch printing option allows to print, export and share only the views you want. A calendar view option means that you can also avoid scheduling conflicts and track and monitor audit activities across the year.

Asset Management

Almir Live is all about providing a space through which users can effectively manage and execute quality management and compliance tasks. In particular, Almir Live helps companies to maximize the assets by optimizing the process of registering events such as maintenance, calibration and safety that may be required to maintain an asset. This is achieved within the asset dashboard.

This means that users, managers, and auditors can quickly view and navigate assets and whom they are assigned to across the organization. Users can add, manage, and track assets with ease. And, at a glance management and auditors can know what assets are overdue at any given time.

Unscheduled events, such as breakdowns, can also be recorded. And, documents such as calibration certificates and manuals can be attached to the register for ease of access and retrieval.

An asset can also be recorded as being ‘not in use’ when it is no longer currently used or, for example, if it is awaiting repair or verification. Assets can be updated to confirm it meets specification and then updated to being in use. Monitoring can be also be added when setting up an asset or later by editing the asset details

Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)

Almir Live is designed to drive, control, support, and maintain your continuous improvements across the organization processes. With Almir Live, these quality improvements are connected and traceable directly using the CIP dashboard.

The identification and integration of continuous Improvement processes and corrective action preventive actions (CAPA’s) drives continuous improvement throughout the company. The CIP dashboard captures the progression of improvement opportunities, corrective and preventative actions. The workflow captures the findings, root cause, short term and long-term actions as well as review of the effectiveness of any actions.

Anyone within the company can open a CIP action. The CIP register lists all the CIP relating to the management system, the date the CIP was raised, the source, source details, scope , subject , close date and the current stage of the CIP action.

CIP’s can originate from a number of sources – Audit, Customer, Internal, Supplier, Regulatory, and External. The built-in toolbar allows you to easily navigate the CIP Module using two distinct sections - CIP Register and Tasks.
Certain screen views may change based on the permissions assigned to users. The dashboard can also generate email notifications to ensure the timely progression of the workflow and documents can be attached as required.

Once a CIP have been verified as completed and ready to close by the assignee it then reverts back to the Quality/Manager to be finally closed. This gives a last opportunity to review all the actions to make sure we are satisfied the issue has been effectively addressed.

The Almir Live Document Control dashboard is made up of two repositories. The Document Register stores all documents within the scope of the management system. And, the records register records all controlled records.

Within the dashboard you can raise a change request for a document indicating whether the document should be revised or obsoleted.
